We bring a four station mobile unit to your job site — mines, mills, shops, etc. across the West. We are also able to test portably flying to anywhere in the United States. CAOHC-certified technicians.
A Montana Family on the Road
Tim Doerr, President, has been a certified Hearing Conservationist since 1971. After 24 years in the Air Force working in occupational medicine, Tim has spent more than 20 years providing hearing conservation services through our mobile unit.
Dakota Doerr has been a certified Hearing Conservationist since 2013 and works independently and alongside Tim in the field. Susan Doerr handles invoicing and accounts receivable, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our professional audiological review is provided by Big Sky Audiology.
Day to day, Tim or Dakota bring the mobile hearing unit directly to your location, making testing convenient and minimizing time away from the job. For larger projects, both Tim and Dakota can be on site to efficiently accommodate a large number of employees.

What We Do
On-Site Audiometric Testing
Audiometric testing is performed right in our mobile hearing unit, providing employees with a convenient, professional testing environment at your job site.
To ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations, ambient noise levels inside the mobile unit are continuously monitored throughout testing.
Before T&S leaves the job site, your Safety Officer receives a detailed written report, along with a verbal briefing covering the results and any items that may require follow-up.

Hearing Conservation Training — Included
Hearing conservation training is part of every T&S visit—not an add-on or an extra charge.
Employees learn why annual hearing testing matters, what their results mean, and how to properly use hearing protection to help protect their hearing both on and off the job.
We believe testing is only part of an effective hearing conservation program. Education empowers employees to take an active role in protecting their hearing.
